This World Leaders Forum program titled, Art and State: Arts Policies and Practices in the United States and France, will feature a conversation between Antonin Baudry, Cultural Counselor, French Embassy in the U.S., and Rocco Landesman, Chairman, National Endowment of the Arts.  The conversation will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.

Introduction by Carol Becker, Dean, School of the Arts, discussion moderated by Shanny Peer, Director, Maison Française, and Question and Answer session moderated by George Lewis, Edwin H. Case Professor of American Music.
